No, VALE(mini)GOLF runs on a first come, first service basis.

HOW MUCH IS THE ADMISSION FEE TO VALE(mini)GOLF?

• Adult $15.00 ($16.33 with taxes)
• Children (under 12) $10.00 ($10.89 with taxes)

For each player, $1 of the admission fee is donated to our partner charity NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) see their website for more information on the important work they do.

I AM A REGISTERED HOTEL GUEST. DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PLAY VALE(mini)GOLF?

Yes, all players are required to pay the admission fee.

CAN I PLAY MORE THAN ONE ROUND?

Of course, however you will have to pay the admission fee again and re-join the queue.

WHEN IS VALE(mini)GOLF OPEN?

VALE(mini)GOLF is open seasonally throughout the summer. Hours of operation are:

• Monday to Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday to Thursday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• Friday to Sunday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

I HAVE A HOTEL RESERVATION. CAN I PLAY VALE(mini)GOLF BEFORE CHECK-IN AND AFTER CHECK-OUT?

Absolutely.

I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY VALE(mini)GOLF. CAN I DO THAT?

Yes, VALE(mini)GOLF is open to all outside guests as well as our Registered Hotel Guests.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK WHILE PLAYING?

No, guests are no longer required to wear a mask while playing VALE(mini)GOLF.

DOES THE VALE(mini)GOLF HAVE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS?

The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We follow sanitization protocols for our rental equipment, and wipe down shared equipment between use.

DO YOU OFFER VALE(mini)GOLF MEMBERSHIPS?

At this time, we will not be offering VALE(mini)GOLF memberships.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

We do not serve food or drink at VALE(mini)GOLF, however you can order Food and Beverage at Leuca in Vale Plaza.

CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE FOOD TO VALE(mini)GOLF?

Unfortunately, outside food and beverage is not permitted at VALE(mini)GOLF.

I WANT TO BRING MY KIDS TO PLAY vale(mini)GOLF. CAN I DO THAT?

Children are most welcome to play VALE(mini)GOLF. All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO VALE(mini)GOLF?

Yes, The William Vale is a pet friendly hotel, however we do request pets are kept off the putting greens at all times.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

As there are no reservations, there is no need to cancel.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOESN’T COOPERATE?

We will treat any inclement weather on a case-by-case basis, and refund players accordingly. All refunds will be at the discretion of management.

ARE THERE LOCKERS?

We do not provide lockers. All guests are responsible for their belongings.

WHERE IS VALE(mini)GOLF LOCATED?

VALE(mini)GOLF is located at the Vale Plaza, The William Vale, 111 N 12th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

There is no dress code, however we do require shoes on the putting greens. We do not recommend open toed shoes, wear them at your own risk.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?

VALE(mini)GOLF allows for groups of up to 6 people per party. For larger groups we recommend splitting into groups of 6 or less.

HOW DO I PAY?

All payments will be at the registration kiosk on arrival via credit/debit card. We do not accept cash, checks, apple pay or google pay.

I AM GOING TO BE STAYING AT THE WILLIAM VALE AND WOULD LIKE TO CHARGE MY VALE(mini)GOLF TO MY ROOM. CAN I DO THIS?

Yes, our friendly hosts will organize for payments be charged to your room. Please provide a Valid ID and the registration kiosk to confirm room your room reservation.

ARE VACCINATIONS REQUIRED PLAY VALE(mini)GOLF?

Proof of vaccination is not required to play VALE(mini)GOLF. 

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO PLAY VALE(mini)GOLF?

There are no age restrictions, however guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

CAN I BRING MY GOLF PUTTING CLUBS?

Yes, however VALE(mini)GOLF is not responsible for any damage to personal equipment.

DO YOU HAVE PUTTING CLUBS FOR SMALL KIDS? WHAT’S THE SMALLEST SIZE?

Our smallest putting club available club 27” tall.

WHO PAINTED THE ‘YOU ARE NOT ALONE’ MURAL?

The mural was painted by local Brooklyn based artist Jason Naylor in partnership with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). VALE(mini)GOLF are proud to be partnering with NAMI and raising money for this wonderful cause.

CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE I PLAY?

Sorry, no alcohol is permitted while you play. We also kindly request you keep all other food and beverages off the putting greens.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE AT VALE(mini)GOLF?

Yes, restrooms are inside the hotel lobby on the lower level.
