The pricing is treated as a food & beverage minimum; if food and beverage is not required, the pricing is an event space rental fee.

Event spaces at The William Vale can be configured for ceremonies, cocktail parties, dances, presentations, banquets, meals and more.

Audiovisual Capabilities

All event spaces at The William Vale have audiovisual capabilities, however, the hotel does not provide speakers, microphones, or projectors in-house, but these services can be rented by an outside production company. We are happy to recommend trusted vendors.

Additional Fees

In addition to the room rental (or food and beverage minimum), all spaces are subject to 8.875% New York State sales tax and a 24% administrative fee.
