Do Good. Feel Good. Workout Series

Tune in to The William Vale’s Instagram Live every Tuesday at noon EST for a virtual workout and fundraising session with a different trainer each week. Feel good while working out your mind and body and do good by supporting the National Urban League with a donation.

This coming Tuesday on July 14, class will be a 60 minute Yoga Nidra meditation. It will start with some gentle movement and move into a long meditation that is practiced laying down. It will go deep into visualization and tap into the unconscious mind for deep relaxation and a great night’s sleep!

This week’s class will be hosted by Kate Davies, the owner of YO BK studios in Williamsburg and Greenpoint. She has taught meditation, yoga and pilates for a decade and believes mindfulness and movement should be fun, challenging and accessible to all!
