Move, Meditate, and Connect IRL presented by Mental NYC

Elevate your Friday with Mental NYC for an evening of Movement, Meditation and Conversation at The William Vale.

The evening will kick off with our signature offering, Mental Movement. Mental Movement is a 45 min bodyweight, high intensity interval workout that weaves in presence techniques and ends with a centering, guided meditation. This workout was designed to challenge you while leaving you in a blissful, elevated state for the rest of the evening’s activities.

Following Mental Movement, our panel of mental health leaders will discuss the importance of the mind-body connection and how we can prioritize mental health in the New Year. Panelists include:

  • Mason Levey, CEO & Co-Founder of WAVE

Join us after the panel for a curated lineup of offerings including refreshments by Recess, immersive music-guided meditation demos by WAVE, ear seeds by Area 25, and DJ Justyn Cruz providing vibes.

About Mental NYC:

Mental NYC is a wellness practice that focuses on the mental benefits of movement and meditation. Our mission through Mental NYC is to create space for mental health conversation. In support of our mission, a portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to The Jed Foundation which exists to protect emotional health and prevent suicide in teens and young adults.
