Join EBOOST and Ashley Wilking, for a workout on the roof of The William Vale.  ASH FIT is an agile method which focuses on cardio, strength training, and flexibility thought heart pumping interval training, core stabilization, and toning.  It utilizes body weight movements inspired by boxing and martial arts. EBOOST hydration stations will be available for pre-workout pump and post-workout recovery.
