Join EBOOST and Orange Theory Fitness Williamsburg, for a workout on the roof of The William Vale.  This 60min HIIT TOTAL BODY WORKOUT will focus on Endurance Strength & Power. Hosted by some of OTF’s hottest coaches, you will experience this ALL OUT teaser of one of the most in demand workouts NYC has to offer. EBOOST hydration stations will be available for pre-workout pump and post-workout recovery.

Split into three rotating groups, each targeting a different focus, expect to hit our AFTER BURN ZONE *, getting you ready to take the week HEAD ON!

* AFTER BURN ZONE – Spend 12 or more minutes at 84%+ of your MAX HR; Optimizing your Caloric Burn (minimum 20% of calories burned in class) for 24-36hrs after class.
