Sunset & Chill
Set your intentions for the week with Mental NYC for sunset movement and meditation sessions in Vale Park at The William Vale.
Every Monday and Tuesday evening in September and October we'll be offering our signature class, Mental Movement, a 45 minute bodyweight high intensity interval workout that weaves in presence techniques and ends with a centering, guided meditation.
Please bring water and a mask. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own! Spots will be limited to adhere to safe social distancing guidelines.
Attendees will also receive the first month of our virtual membership free when we launch on September 8th :)

Masks are required entering and leaving Vale Park - hand sanitizer will be provided.
