Hotel guests may reserve complimentary chaise lounges during their stay. Poolside chaise seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional terrace-side seating offered throughout the day. Looking to indulge? Guests may also reserve daybeds, oversized cabanas, and other premium poolside seating at a preferred rate.

Hotel Guests
No, however, hotel guests must reserve their spot during peak season. Hotel guests receive a complimentary two-hour pass for chaise lounge seating. Poolside seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Otherwise, terrace chaise lounge seating is available.

6:00pm-8:00pm
First and last name of each guest must be registered to the room for access to the Pool.
Standard Queen, Standard King, Gotham Queen, and Gotham King rooms allow 2 guests to register.
All Suites and the Vale Garden Residence allow 4 guests to register.

Yes, by purchasing a premium seating reservation. Premium seating is available in your choice of a cabana, daybed, lounge bed, pergola, or loveseat. Premium seating can be purchased here.
Children also staying at the hotel are welcome from 8am-12pm. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The Sephora Summer Club is 21+ after 12pm.
Pool access is available for hotel guests starting at 8am on the day of their check-in until 11am on the day of their checkout. Guests may only book complimentary seating from 8am-11am on their checkout date. This ensures guests checking in that day will have full availability to access the pool prior to their check-in.
Premium seating is available for purchase. Guests may purchase premium seating on the day of their checkout if available.
Hotel guests cannot bring outside guests with them if they have complimentary reservations (two-hour chaise lounge chair reservations.) If a guest has a premium reservation like a cabana, they can bring outside guests up to the capacity of the seating. Each guest must be registered when the reservation is made (no swapping of guests is permitted).

The Sephora Summer Club is located on the fourth floor of The William Vale. Access is via our Hotel Lobby.

Yes, the pool is heated at 80 degrees.
Food is offered 8am-7pm daily, and beverage is offered 11am-7pm daily, as part of our Poolside Dining menu from the award-winning NoHo Hospitality.
Unfortunately, outside food and beverage is not permitted.
Children are allowed 8am-12pm Monday-Thursday if a Family Pass has been purchased here. A Family Pass allows access for 2 adults and 2 children during these periods. After 12pm, the Sephora Summer Club is 21+ only.
No pets are allowed.
Yes. There is a lifeguard daily from 8am-8pm.
We provide outdoor showers to rinse off before entering or after enjoying the pool. Shampoo, soap, and other beauty products are not permitted. Only 1 guest at a time is permitted to use the shower.
We do not provide lockers. All guests are responsible for their belongings. Individual stalls for changing are located in the fourth-floor bathrooms.
Premium seating can be cancelled by 8am on the day prior to your reservation with no penalty. If a premium seating reservation is not cancelled, and the guest(s) does not show, the full cost of the seating will be charged.
Premium seating booked for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends must be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of the reservation to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after this period will result in the full cost of the seating being charged.
Day Pass packages are non-refundable.
Full refunds will be given if the pool is closed for the day due to rain. We will treat any partial closures due to inclement weather on a case-by-case basis and refund reservations accordingly.
