Reservations are recommended but not required. Walk-ins can be accommodated if availability allows.

Payment is taken immediately after you book your reservation online. You will be asked to submit payment information before you can complete your booking.

Should you need to cancel your spa session, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations made after that time will be charged the full price of the spa experience. No shows will also be charged the full price of the experience.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your start time. This will give time to check in, sign a safety waiver, and review our safety guidelines, allowing you to enjoy your session in its full duration.

Out of consideration for other guests, we cannot extend reservations in the event of a late arrival. Upon your arrival, we will admit you into the spa for the remainder of your timed session.

Our Winter Spa team will provide a redemption card upon your first session at Winter Spa to be handed over to the Williamsburg Beauty Spa team when you receive your treatment.

Our Winter Spa is located on the 4th floor of The William Vale, 111 N. 12th Street, Brooklyn.

Yes, Winter Spa is open to all guests and visitors. We’d be delighted to have you join us.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to experience Winter Spa.

Each sauna and hot tub can accommodate 2 people.

Your sauna and hot tub will be completely private during your session. Out of respect for other guests, we ask that you do not enter any other sauna or hot tub.

Winter Spa offers private saunas and hot tubs. Williamsburg Beauty Spa is also on-property and offers personalized treatments to extend your spa day.

Pregnant women should consult their physician before using saunas or hot tubs at Winter Spa.

We recommend using the sauna in 15-minute intervals followed by a brief 5-10 minute break and then repeating. Remember to rehydrate!

Sauna use can improve overall health and wellness; reduce stress; relax muscles, aches, and pains; cleanse the skin; aid in recovery after intense physical activity; and induce deeper, more relaxed sleep.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. After every session, each sauna is thoroughly wiped down. High-touch surfaces on saunas and hot tubs are sanitized. Your spa session will be private. Wearing a bathing suit is most recommended. You must be at least partially clothed to enjoy Winter Spa. A robe and slippers will be provided for your appointment.

There is a private changing area inside each barrel sauna.

Winter Spa does not have lockers available for guest use. We recommend you leave your valuables at home or in your guestroom safe if you are a hotel guest.

Winter Spa does not have any showers for guest use.

Outside food or drink is not permitted at Winter Spa. Water will be provided at the spa for your convenience. Combined sauna and hot tub sessions come with a complimentary Hot Toddy from Little Fino.
