Frequently Asked Questions
Is catering provided in house?

All catering is handled by NoHo Hospitality and includes hors d’oeuvres, cocktail service, a three-course meal, bar, staff, and table settings. Additional stations can be added, as well as courses. Outside caterers other than NoHo Hospitality are not permitted.

Yes, The William Vale is able to recommend trusted vendors with previous event experience in our event spaces for wedding planning, flowers, photography, music, and more.

Does The William Vale have audiovisual capabilities?

All event spaces at The William Vale have audiovisual capabilities, however, the hotel does not provide speakers, microphones, or projectors in-house, but these services can be rented by an outside production company. We are happy to recommend trusted vendors.

How much does a wedding at The William Vale cost?

Wedding costs at The William Vale vary based on your chosen date, as minimum spend requirements apply. Optional upgrades—like premium bar packages, raw bars, or passed mini desserts—are available. A seasonal ceremony fee may also apply. All bookings are subject to a 3% administrative fee, a 20% operational fee, and 8.875% NYC sales tax.
