Each room is equipped with a 72″ Apple connectable TV, a conference phone and WiFi.
The William Vale does not have speakers, microphones, or projectors in-house, but these services can be rented by an outside production company. We are happy to recommend trusted vendors.

Room Configurations

We offer a range of room layouts, not limited to theatre, banquet, and classroom seating, as well as several rooms furnished with boardroom tables and chairs.

Food & Beverage

The pricing is treated as a food & beverage minimum; if food and beverage is not required, the pricing is a room rental fee

Additional Fees

In addition to the room rental (or food and beverage minimum), all spaces are subject to 8.875% New York State sales tax and a 24% administrative fee
